Senior Grade is an independent review website. We do not sell or ship products, and we do not handle orders, payments, returns or warranties. When you click a link on our site and buy a product, your order is with that store, and only that store can see or change it.
1. Find out which store you bought from
Check your order confirmation email or your bank or card statement. It shows the store’s name, for example Amazon or eBay. Then use that store’s own help pages below.
2. Track, return or get help with your order
Amazon
- Your Orders (track a package or view an order)
- Returns Center
- Contact Amazon Customer Service
Many products on Amazon are sold by third-party sellers. You can contact the seller from your Amazon order details.
eBay
On eBay, your order is with the individual seller. You can message the seller from your eBay purchase history.
If you bought directly from a brand’s own website, use that website’s order status or customer service pages, or reply to your order confirmation email. If you bought from another store, look for “Orders”, “Order status” or “Customer service” on that store’s site.
3. Product questions and warranties
Questions about how to use a product, sizing, batteries, ingredients, compatibility or warranty claims are best answered by the manufacturer. Contact the brand through its official website, and have your receipt and the product’s model number ready. Questions about a health condition, a medication or whether a device is right for you should go to your doctor or pharmacist.
4. Recalls and safety problems
To check whether a health device, hearing product, personal care item or supplement has been recalled, see the FDA’s recalls, market withdrawals and safety alerts, and for medical devices the FDA’s medical device recalls and early alerts. For home, mobility and other household products, search the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission’s recalls database. If a recalled product is yours, follow the instructions in the recall notice and contact the company named there.
If a product caused an injury or a bad reaction, stop using it and talk to your doctor. You can report a problem with a medical device, supplement or other health product to the FDA through MedWatch, and an unsafe household product at SaferProducts.gov.
5. Still not sure where to go?
Send us a message through our Contact page and tell us which product and article you came from. We can’t see, change or cancel orders, but we can tell you which store or brand to contact.
